Rebecca Simmons

Rebecca Simmons serves as Director of Operations for the Eleanor Crook Foundation. In this role, Rebecca oversees the Operational functions of the Foundation, including Accounting, Office Management, Grant Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, and Executive Support. Prior to ECF, Rebecca spent over 10 years at Capital One supporting the Executive Vice President of Upmarket Card. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Rebecca lives in Richmond, VA, and enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs, traveling, and cooking.
