Kendall Lorenzen is the Program Coordinator for the Eleanor Crook Foundation. Kendall works across the research, policy, and advocacy & communications teams to administer grants and support project management. Previously, Kendall served as Executive Director of Global Playground, where she worked in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Kenya, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Honduras to facilitate cross-cultural understanding and partnered with local non-profits to establish new educational infrastructure. Kendall also spent two years working in Washington, D.C. Public Schools as an AmeriCorps Reading Specialist and a first grade teacher. She graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and in her free time she is working towards a Professional Certificate in Data Science from HarvardX and a Professional Certificate in Agile Project Management at UMDx.
